Entry #8 Sleep

Lately with finals on the way you hear a lot of complaining on how student don't get enough sleep. There skipping out on sleep because they use the excuse of having to much homework. Although everyone knows the truth, electronics and internet are the major problem nowadays. There the reason why students are not getting enough sleep. On average a teenager needs about 8-9 hours of sleep. When they decide to watch that one last video, which then leads to multiply videos. In the end you end up watching 2 hours of sleep and forget what sleep even is.

People are so caught up on other things they forget what the most important thing is SLEEP!!! 
Sleep more trust me its not bad for you. If anything its probably the best thing that will ever happen to you.
